When You’re
Not Sure What to Do Next — You’re Not Alone
Caring for an aging parent can feel overwhelming, frightening, and isolating. Most families don’t know where to turn or how to make the right decision. The Comfort House helps families navigate this moment with clarity, compassion, and confidence. We provide 24/7 senior care in a peaceful, home-style environment — while guiding you step by step, without pressure.
Only 3 residents. True personal care. Real peace of mind.
If This Feels Like A Heavy
Burden Its Because It Is
Families come to us with questions like:
“Is it time for 24/7 care — or am I overreacting?”
“What if something happens when I’m not there?”
“How do I know I’m making the right decision?”
“I promised I’d never put them in a facility.”
These fears don’t mean you’ve failed. They mean you care.
At The Comfort House, we don’t rush families.
We listen first — because understanding your situation
matters more than selling a solution.

We Help Families Make Sense of the Chaos
Before choosing any type of senior care, families deserve clarity.
Our role isn’t just to provide care — it’s to help you:
Understand what’s really happening with your loved one and recognize when home may no longer be safe
Identify the warning signs that 24/7 care may be needed
Talk honestly and calmly through the next steps, without pressure or urgency
Learn the difference between care options and explore them at your own pace
Visit a quiet, home-style environment if and when it feels right
Move forward with clarity and confidence—without guilt, regret, or rush
Whether The Comfort House is the right fit or not, you will leave the conversation clearer and calmer than when you arrived.

We chose a different path.
By caring for only three residents, we provide:
Faster response times
Deeper relationships
Consistent caregivers
A quieter, safer environment
Care that adapts to the individual — not the schedule
This isn’t about capacity. It’s about dignity.

Are worried about falls, confusion, or safety
Feel overwhelmed by caregiving responsibilities
Want something more personal than assisted living
Value calm, consistency, and close attention
Prefer a private-pay option with immediate availability
If you’re unsure — that’s okay. That’s where we start.

The House That Marva Built
The Comfort House was born from a love that knew no boundaries. My mother, Marva, didn't just care for people she saw them. Every person who crossed her path, whether in her work as a CNA or simply in life, received the fullness of her attention and her heart. She had a gift for making everyone feel worthy of care, worthy of dignity, worthy of love. To her, no one was too great or too small to deserve compassion and respect.
Marva lived by a simple truth that guided everything she did: "Right is right, and right don't wrong anybody." These weren't just words to her they were a code, a promise she made every single day to show up with integrity and put others first. The Comfort House exists because of the foundation she laid not in brick and mortar, but in example. She taught me that true care isn't a job, it's a calling. It's being emotionally present. It's reaching out even when it's hard. It's doing what's right, simply because it's right.
This is the house that Marva built. And in her honor, we carry forward her legacy of compassion, dignity, and unwavering service to every person who walks through our doors.

You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone
“I wish we had called sooner — just to talk it through.”
You’re not committing to anything by reaching out.
You’re simply starting a conversation.

Testimonial
The Comfort House was an absolute blessing to my husband, son and me. At a time when I didn't know where my husband could get 24/7 care, The Comfort House was there for us. The room was a real private bedroom, not a hospital type room. The people couldn't be lovelier or care more for his comfort. He had 1 on 1 care, at all times, very unlike a facility, and was cherished and loved there. We recommend The Comfort House to anyone who needs excellent care with the comfort of home. We couldn't thank them enough. Carol was very pleased with the care her husband received.
